i have used GemDialogue®, ColorCodex™ and GemeWizard and i think the most practical and easiest one for trade is ColorCodex and for small labs combination of ColorCodex + GemeWizard.

I use GemeWizard currently and have been for years.
$2000 for Codex?
Not a purchase I will be making soon....or ever. :wink:

i think it was more expensive! anyway i didn't buy it, my friend office have them. and i use it, this is the best color communication when they want to purchase something without seeing the stone and it's color, specially for some gemstones that their true color can not be captured in picture or videos. but both parties show have the book 8)
