When I was in Tucson, I met The VP of Gemological Services for GemeWizard. He expressed an interest in being a MOD on our forum in a section dedicated to (you guessed it) GemeWizard.

On occasion, gem enthusiasts come across unusual specimens. It almost always occurs unexpectedly, while browsing the trade show floors or during a chance visit to a gem dealer's office. Hi Barbra, Alberto and all,

Thank you for the welcome thread!

As I told Barbra, we would like this forum to be a general gems' color forum and not just for Gemewizard. This way, we hope we could encourage the discussion regarding color definition, color grading and color analysis systems and techniques for gems.

Guy Borenstein
