I can use ANY length and width... a variety will help. These are merely for using as diagrams to discuss with someone how tapered baguettes are used in jewelry. I won't be cutting them.

Good morning, Al -- You could take a look at PC 19007, standard tapered barion, on facetdiagrams.org for an example that should work for your purposes (or easily modified).

You should not need a file to figure out the indexes.
Orientate the stone so that the the wide width is at 0/96
the narrow width is parallel to the wide width so it will go at 48, exactly opposite of 0/96
Now all you have to do is rotate the index gear to get the taper you want. As an example say the desired taper turns out to be 33 indexes off the zero. The corresponding index on the other side will be 96 - 33 = 63 index.
So your indexes for the stone will be 0/96, 33, 48, 63. Since baguettes are simple step cuts you now have all of your indexes, and you can use standard step cut angles for the stone.
