You will be doping to the flat table with a flat dop, so the girdle will not be titled for sure. Since it doesn't matter if the stone is exactly centered on the dop that won't cause issues in the unlikely event it happens. Simce the girdle is spun not faceted lines don't exist on the girdle so don't have to connect between crown and pavilion. The girdle will have the traditional umbrella shape rather than be flat.
The above is true on ant stone with a curved outline. On stones with flat sides you will have a faceted girdle, level girdle.
