The current dealer to retailer price is +- a few percent of -90% of the Rappaport list price depending on size, shape, quality parameters.
The price has been falling steadily over the last few years. I still think they are priced too high. I believe that eventually the price will disassociate from the Rappaport List and the value of mined diamonds. Lab grown Diamonds are a manufactured product. Like any commodity manufactured product the price will eventually settle at the cost to produce plus a reasonable markup.
Currently you can buy a piece of manufactured rough to cut a 1ct RBC of white color G+, SI1 plus clarity, and Triple Ex make for a bit less than $500. You can have it cut to Triple Ex standards between $80-$100. You can have a respected report done for about $75. So, figure a little less than $700 for the stone.
As Barbra has pointed out some shapes will be much lower due to higher yields, so much smaller rough to get 1ct finished stones.

Agreed on your selling numbers, we have actually had a few in the last few months @-97.5 & -98% pass through with good quality numbers and GIA certs.
