Nice pictures is right! I'll have to set aside some time to actually read the articles.

The principles of the bill are exceptionally relevant and seem to adequately confront the current issues of common misrepresentation in our industry.

So, when is the bill going into effect?
March 13?
Lots for merchants to do to get their inventory prepared for the new laws.

How is EVERYONE is all aspects of the industry being informed of the new rules?

Will special boards have to be created to police the industry?

oh, only God knows it....lol.....seriously speaking, the bill is now at the Senate, still doesn't scheduled for examination an THAT could take months, sometimes years... It all depends by other more urgent activities the Senate would take care of and we have far more important issue to face here recently than gemmo stuffs.... but, nobody knows how the work would proceed.... However IF the bill will be approved without being modified, there will be 6 months to release app rules before it will be formally operative..... March 13 would be reasonable....

yeah, definitely...

associations of category will play a big role here..

that would be definitely one of the main issues for the incoming meetings about app rules. For sure we must find/create a reliable resource to control the controllers..... Absolutely not an easy task, i see tough days....

Ciao
