Hi
Is there anyone who can look at these images and figure out what is causing the casting defects? It is lost wax cast with vacuum.
I have been having the same problem since a long time and haven't been able to find a solution. Tried talking to a lot of casting equipment manufacturers and wax and powder manufacturers. Nothing yet.
Or if you can point me in a direction where I might find the solution, that would be helpful too.

Thank you,
rs911

In order to be of any possible help:

What is the metal/alloy you are using?

Size of model, material (wax/printed resin), sprue setup?

Investment procedure?

Burnout process?

Flask temperature and metal temp for casting?

Also, a picture of the raw casting (with sprue and button still attached), and a front picture to get more of a feel for the geometry would be of help.
