I have not run into this kind of inclusion and I was wondering if the stone might be synthetic;
Magnification is about 60. It sort of looks like very tiny bubbles. Has anyone seen these before.

The picture is a little blurry to make it out to be honest. Do you have a less zoomed in picture that isn't as blurry? It kind of looks like it might be a liquid filled fracture or fingerprint but there's no way we can tell from that picture. For synthetic quartz you would be looking for the hydrothermal chevron or "heat haze" type effect or nail head inclusions usually.

This is what the chevron or "heat haze" would end up similar to:

There's also a nail head type inclusion in here but it's not what you'd normally see as it never closed back in to create the point of the nail.
Normally they look like literal nails with a "head" on one side and converging to a point on the other.
