I went to North India , somewhere close to 3000-4000 mtrs..
Meet some Local guys there, we went for sapphire hunting.
But all these local people where hunting these kind of stones, because all sapphire mines are under police now. for some reasons.
So please help me out to identify these stones..
But i cannot upload good quality of these stones, I can email also.

All you have given us is basically a color. There is no crystal shape, and the pictures are too small to see the fracture pattern.

Based on the color, matrix and the leftmost crystal in the bottom picture, the pictures are consistent with sapphire. No guarantees, since they could easily be something else. That said they don't look to be particularly valuable ones, but you never know what else might be there I guess.
If you want to know better, try a few scratch tests. Sapphire is quite hard and will scratch most minerals.

This crystal is not strong.
You can easily crush some pieces with hard shot.
But some are really strong. Local people call it Young sapphire,
I dont know exactly..
What are the things needed to know exactly??
I have small pieces of these stones, really strong with nice color.
If pictures are not clear, then i can personally mail you people.
Because this is the maximum size of picture, that i can upload.

Look up the physical properties of corundum. It's not hard to identify.

Do a hardness test. This involves trying to scratch it, NOT hitting it with a hammer. Search for "Moh's Hardness Scale."

Look for six-sided hexagonal crystals, which is how corundum likes to form.

Study the geology of corundum deposits. Learn what the rock they're found in looks like in your area.

The internet makes basic research simple.

Better photos of more specimens may let us help you more.
