You can always use Google Docs. If you have a Gmail account, there's a section that allows you to make documents, spreadsheets, and databases. Google Docs can be shared with anyone with a Gmail account, and anyone on that shared account can edit it.
If you just want this for your own listing, then a simple Google Doc spreadsheet will do the trick. If you really want to have a version that anyone can post to, there's probably some way to set up a Google Doc that could feasably be GO-wide, where anyone who wants from this website can list their inventory.
