Actually, this element is 700 billion times lighter than first reported. Unfortunately the assistant neutrons (taxpayers) that feed the morons converting them into isodopes have an unrestricted supply of the assistant neutrons as to make the critical mass fluctuations barely noticeable.

Or something like that.

I believe at this point any theoretical understanding is on pretty shaky ground. From my own studies, I think lots of paper is involved, but I can't determine if paper is necessary for its existence, or if it is necessary to generate paper.
