Not so good news here in Alaska I think I'd rather be faceting that when I've been through the past few days

I normally have some IBS and so when I had some stomach pains I treated it like IBS that was a mistake. it turns out it was diverticulitis, it burst, and that had an abscess in my belly

The frustrating part is that I actually been to the doctor twice because I knew something was wrong when I was going to the bathroom but they didn't catch

When they were taking out the diverticulitis they also cut the ureter the connected the bladder to the liver because the masted in twined everything
So now I have a splinter in to try get that repaired during the recovery I was periods of vomiting where I was covering my feet and stuff so they had to put an NG tube which is no fun at all but I think I'm starting to be on the mend at one point the fever went up to 103.8 it's been normal but I'll sure be glad when I can get out of here and get back to some normal life
I also feel like a pin coushin

2 blown IV lines and 8 tries to get them working
One blood draw took 5 tries and 3 people

I have always been an easy stick but met be dehydrated even with a infusion pump on24/7 since I got here

I also missed two could Aurora displays we hit it a good displayed on here most of what you see in my pictures a minute about a G3 or four maybe five when I had a nice bright once he got up to a six and a seven but I was stuck in my hotel room in Claudia Anchorage oh well see you guys later

My wife's going to come up later on in the week to help out both of us so I'm able to care for my daughter again

Sorry for typos doing this on phone

Take it easy and look after yourself. To put things at their most basic, we need people with your level of expertise. So, lots of good wishes from here and get well soon.

Wow, you might not think so at the time, but you dodged a bullet medically in that they caught it before peritonitis increased. Hope recovery goes well!

They released me from the hospital today so I'm back at home with my daughter and my wife came up to help out

I'm on the mend but it's gonna take a while

The surgeon did say that if it was a couple more days the abscess would've gotten into the bladder and we would've had a few more problems than I do right now

I need to rearrange the room to have space for my wife's stuff before I can facet again

I started a single stone to have people look at before I did a real one but I will run out of time so I will be lucky to finish it before the deadline

Thanks again for all of the support

Doing a little better but being bed ridden for 8 days takes a toll

One good thing. I will have a pouch for about 6 months. The stoma nurse suggested altoids I. The pouch to deodorize things.

So I will have a nice collection of small metal boxes to store things

I hope to get back to my single stone in a few days

I love my wife tremendously, and I would have made it the past few weeks without her. She has helped me out by cleaning ang organizing the room. Granted it needed it.

But.. I finally felt good enough to facet, and i went for my loop which had been in the same spot in a white tray

for the past 6 months. It is gone. I have a few spare ones at home but only brougt one with me.

I will have to finish the USFG copetion stone with a pair of well used (scratched to $&@) harbor freight visors. For some reason the cheap stuff never gets lost.

I will se what a good one is running these days.

She did see the 4 stones i cut for her earrings. I have some silver settings coming to try my hand at setting them. I do not mind risking les than $4 on the silver ones.

I just got back from urologist who removed the stent.
It wasn't the most pleasant experience I've had but it certainly wasn't the worst.

It is certainly a relief to be able to sit and move around without having the stent irritating the bladder and giving you A sudden then overwhelming urge to do things you shouldn't do in public places.

The doctor wants to monitor me for another month to track things and make sure that there's no complications. Things are much much improved.

I'm still tender and move a little slow from having the belly cut open from the Navel on down but it's getting better every day

Not sure if I mentioned this earlier but my son had to have his colon removed from ulcerative colitis and they had to go back in and do a couple of operations for some repairs in the end he had a very long scar with a whole lot of side markings from where they have staples so was a joke you got a tattoo of a zipper tag at the top of it. I have a least one more operation in about four months to reverse this but not sure if I weren't zipper tag or not.

When I mentioned this to the doctor he said that he's actually put zippers in folks for some procedures where they needed to be able to go in and out several times that's just too weird.

But overall much much much better and getting stronger every day.
