Hello, i just found couple things lately , no idea what these specimens are .

Some colourfully ball shaped Specimen, and white shiny one.

I agree that the white specimen is quartz and the other appears to be a garnetiferous mica schist
Looks like iron stained quartz in post #2 and then what appears to be a Porphyritic granite w/ pink feldspar.

Best use for these kinds of rocks is "slingshot" ammo....

Just trying to see what is under my feets lately, will learn something new and maybe im lucky :)

Rough gems look like specimens sometimes , as im seeing .

I still think that IMG_20200908_222652.jpg is a likely meteorite.

Look at the photo closely. The base material where it is broken is translucent white - never heard of a quartz or chalcedony meteorite!

Most likely some type of slag, based on the smooth rounded glaze.

yes - I think you are right. If those are translucent bits, it isn't a meteorite.
