 Post subject: crystal quartz with unusual form

hi everyone.
this is crystal quartz (skeleton) and it seems looklike monoclinic system.
why it form like this?

These can be fun. Double terminations, irises, phantoms and that last one looks like it may have petroleum inclusions. Check it for fluorescence. Your samples from where do you know?

Thank you for your attention, this is from Iran / Nehbandan ‌ (near the Afghan border). I bought about 9 kg of skeletal quartz / each with interesting shapes for only $ 150. this one is very unique shape.

here is a nother special crystal. most of trigonic quartz are etch in surface. but this is under surface and large trigon:
