Thanks gsellis. Any more
As I get time... cuts into my cutting time I have Johnny Tews talking about speed cutting with an over-the-shoulder view of a GemMaster in action. I found it interesting. Dan Lynch did a mining speech for out west (US) and has provided the slides. That one will take a little longer as there is some editing and color correction to do. I have a crown/pavillion optimization one to edit too. That requires the stills I took and have not uploaded to my PC yet.

I did try Roy's technique when I got home and found that with irregular rough, it is hard to do that initial mount against another dop. I think if I use my gray soft eraser on the dop (pliable like Silly Putty), I may get it to work.
thanks, gsellis, for posting the video as you promised us! looks like fun, except burning one's self, lol! looking forward to the following videos and pics!!
by the way, tell mr. roy i like his cabochon rings!!

I got a serious "Awwww" moment in my Dopping video comments on Youtube. Will Smith's granddaughter (based on username) posted this note. Best comment I have ever seen in Youtube.

Hi Granddaddy! I liked seeing you in this video. I'm happy that I got to see your face on video. I never got to see you in a video before. Love you, Alison
