Tom Maxwell finally succumbed, after a long hard-fought battle with cancer. He was given several "Bonus" years after diagnosis and chemo treatments. He actually was tough enough to get a trip to Africa in while still on Chemo.
My wife and I are grateful to have had dinner with him on our Franklin NC trip.
Tom was a dealer of many items including my stuff, and Graves. He was an "Energizer Bunny" for the US Faceters Guild for many years. He will be missed by many.

I'm grateful to count myself among Tom's many friends, and will miss him greatly. Although he had recently taken a turn for the worse, I was still hoping. Sincere sympathies to Joan.

Diane Eames will be taking over duties as USFG president.

Tom was an excellent friend, always in good spirits. He helped me get started in faceting, and we stayed in touch throughout his many fights with cancer. He is missed :(

I did not really know him but I bought my faceting machine from him. I am saddened to hear of his passing.

Oh so sorry. He was a great guy. I can not call our relatioship as friends. But I had a little bit of business with him.
