Hello everyone, I am kinda new here and I am a complete beginner. I really like gemstones and am fascinated with the way they bend and break light to form unique glitters and colors, and the rarity and value of things so tiny and fragile. I am only 15 years old, but sometimes, when I find myself with more savings than I need, I like to get a tiny gem every now and then for my humble collection. I'd like to prematurely apologize in case this is not the correct place to post this topic. Anyway, to the point: A few years ago I was at a gemstone exhibition in Bulgaria. I saw a decent-looking emerald (meaning decent looking to the amateur eye, I do not understand much) and I bought it for around 350 leva (roughly 250 USD at present-day value). Here is what the certificate says (not precisely translated from Bulgarian): Cut: Round Size: 4.9mm Weight (carats): 0.46 Origin: Zambia
This stone has been examined through: -proportional analysis -weight measurement through carat scales -color-defining standard -optical analysis -specialized light sources -standard optical technique 10x -long-wave and short-wave ultraviolet light
Interestingly, despite the ways it claims to have been examined the certificate doesn't define color, inclusions, etc. and does not have any clarity/color scale to use for reference. Here are two pictures of the stone itself: In normal light:

Well, what do you think? Is it decent, or maybe rather poor quality? What about its price? Thanks in advance!
