All,
Just thought I would share this. We had a kickoff book reading/signing at Edith Wharton's Berkshire summer residence on the 19th.

Great reading, made a video of actor George Bergen reading excerpts. Should have it up on the website in a couple of weeks.

Happy bird,

Pedro,

If you know Steven Spielberg, give him my phone number.

Best,

Annette,

Not surprised that you would think so, actually everyone who hears the story thinks so. Unfortunately that does not yet include Spielberg.

.....maybe Quentin Tarantino could do an "edgy"version.
All shot behind blue filters with sexy stars.

Maybe something akin to "Romancing the stone"..the first one ..not the second
"Ralph: Hey Ira, the kid's here with the broad. They're taking her out to the boat.
Ira: Look at those snappers, will you!"

Thanks for all the advise. I think you will like our video. May actually be up on the site later today.

Actor, George Bergen, dressed as Tavernier, reads from chapter's 7 The Diver and chapter 11, The Dinner Party. The reading takes place at The Mount, one of the famous summer "cottages" built by the ultra-rich during the Gilded Age.

These reading focus on the reader but a later Q&A shows the drawing room of the chateau.

Stay tuned.

best,
